Responsible for the Retail :
enrollments/Sales in the city. Do the market race and prepare the list of perspective customers Handle the Off/On Role Team Members and motivate them for better sales Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas. planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation
Meeting sales targets of multiple payments solutions such as QR code, EDC/card swipe machine, point of sales software, insurance and other financial products .
Deployment of products and articulation of benefits & best practices at client locations . Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention. Gathering consistent feedback from market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements.
Acquisition of new Retail outlets through Channel partners in the assigned territory with emphasis on creating new footprint. Manage the business relationship with the Distribution network Develop the strategy to appoint Retailers of specific profiles To provide feedback to the Senior Management on all the activities of self, team and seek advice for continuous improvement.
Build a pipeline of leads, approach them and pitch the Paytm product. Excellent presentation skills and intimate contacts with local business associations. Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified region.
Maintain market intelligence on competitor activity and inform Management about any gaps in our product offering.
Proven pitching skills, strong communication & presentation skills
Strong analytical skills & clarity in thinking Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales targets and meet corporate objectives.

Build a relationship with Open Market to drive traffic to the Paytm app.
Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.
Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel.
Manage Category leads from qualification to closure.
