Responsibilities and Duties
Excellent command in teaching Graphic Designing Software
Track & Monitor student individual development & performance
Mentor & guide students to make them perfect in the subject
Ensure quality delivery of training as per our norms and schedule
Should be able to meet eLearning standards
Thorough understanding on latest technologies and trends in the market
Planning training sessions, designing evaluation methods
Evaluation of students and based on the outcomes, plan and impart necessary training to the
Generating individual Student reports from the internal assessments and practical work.
Apply and continuously develop innovative sessions techniques to make sessions more effective
Design posters, brochures, logos, signs, advertisements, and other communication materials.
Meeting timelines in delivering training sessions.
Act as a role model at all times demonstrating behavior that displays the characteristics youth should
develop to be successful in their chosen field.
Qualifications and Skills
Female Candidate Only
Good Drawing Skills
Good Problem Solving Ability & Presentation skills
Must be a Graduate
Minimum 1year full time experience of delivering training
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Graphic designing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong decision-making skills
