“Zonal Business Manager”
We are looking for Zonal Business Manager for Delhi based Pharmaceutical Company with market presence in MP 4 Zones.
Position Based at: INDORE
1. To increase business month after month.
2. To develop and implement marketing and field strategy in co-ordination with the Product . Management / Sales . Management team for the territory through meetings or otherwise.
3. To identify potential markets.
4. To actively get involved in the sales development activities in non- performing / new territories.
5. To Liaison with local authorities, trade associations in the interest of the company.
6. To identify and provide feedback on company’s and competitors products to the product management team and superiors.
7. To conduct / organize Market Research as and when required
8. To conduct on the job training to new inducts / other field employees – existing and new.
9. To manage vacant territory whenever instructed to do so.
Required Candidate profile
- Should have Team Handling experience of Managers
- Can work under pressure & get work done from Sales Executive
- Self-starter with Initiative & result Oriented Leader
- Should have strong hold in Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Guna/Shivpuri and Bhopal.

Job Responsibilities: Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities Training To The Field Staff Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales Preparing deliverable and targets for all team members Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level Managing. Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with Director, and Zonal HR for the same.
